Mission Statement

To help raise awareness of the negative impact Drunk, Drugged and Distracted Driving has on a victim, their families and a community as a whole.

To work alongside Victim Advocacy organizations to help educate DUI Offenders and Community Members of the importance of sober and distraction free driving.

To have working partnerships with Law Enforcement in helping to combat impaired driving through training, outreach and equipment funds as well as the importance of the impact a DUI related fatality has on the victims families.

To work with the Courts to ensure DUI Offenders are required to attend a Victim’s Impact Panel as part of their orders.

To engage with Lawmakers to help ensure everything is done to help save lives.

Thank You Deputy Hess

For all you do.

The Clayton Dean Impact Project wants to thank Law Enforcement Officers in Kansas for Their dedication in Impaired Driving Enforcement. This is why we decided to start the Impaired Driving Enforcement Recognition. Every November agencies will be able to nominate an officer for their exceptional work in keeping Kansas roads safe.

We are please to announce the 2023 Clayton Dean Impact Impaired Driving Enforcement Recognition award to Deputy Elizabeth Hess with the Sumner County Sheriff's Office.

All donations are used to help with Officer Training, equipment, community outreach & education.
